Everyday our Pro & Coaching Team works closely with our students, so they’ve seen hundreds of the same mistakes that people from all over the world make. The best part about all this is that it usually takes a minor adjustment to improve.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport. Known as the “art of eight limbs”, Muay Thai combines various strikes including punches, kicks, elbows and knees as well as clinching and sweeps. We practice and refine these techniques through pad work, bag work and partner drills as well as live sparring in our classes.. Muay Thai is great for weight-loss, body Shaping and fitness where its proven to burn more calories (up to 1000cal in each session) than any other sports.

On top of that, we provide the highest level of authentic Muay Thai training by national athletes under the guidance of Muay Thai World Champions from Thailand. Regulary we have trainers flown-in straight from Thailand originated from some of the Thailand's finest gyms such as: Sitsongpeenong Gym (Bangkok), Kaewsamrit Gym (Bangkok), Tiger Muay Thai (Phuket) and Rawai Muay Thai (Khao Lak).

MMA

Currently in the top 10 MMA gyms in Asia as rated by Fox Sports, we have established as the best in Indonesia and are looking to reach the #1 spot in Asia in years to come. 

As one of the strongest fight team in Asia, our MMA  training is tough and sets a new standard in the industry. Typically, MMA training includes practicing and combining several stand-up fighting styles (boxing, clinch fighting, Muay Thai), several brands of grappling techniques from various arts (Judo/ Wrestling), and several ground-fighting methods (Brazilian jiu-jitsu, freestyle wrestling).

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

The gentle art developed by the famed Gracie family in Brazil for generations. Brazilian jiu-jitsu teaches ground-based techniques for controlling and submitting opponents via joint-locks or chokes. A core concept of jiu-jitsu is that smaller, weaker players can resist, control and submit stronger or larger opponents by utilizing good technique, leverage and timing. Our classes comprise of a warm-up, technique demonstrations, drilling and live sparring. We are lucky to have 4 black belts that oversee our curriculum in our two gyms headed by 3rd degree Carlson Gracie blackbelt from Brazil.

Our team is the only team in Indonesia to have won medals in world championship. We also competed and have won in various top competitions worldwide that includes: World Championship No-Gi Medalist, USA Heavyweight Championship Medalist, Pan Asian Champion and several Indonesian Grappling Champions. On top of that we often have some of the best coaches flown-in from around the world (including Carlson Gracie Jr. himself !) to ensure that our level of training and knowledge stays at the highest level.

Boxing

Our boxing classes provide a tough but fun workout. We incorporate a mixture of bag work, pad work, partner drills as well as live sparring in certain classes. Our boxing class is headed by Indonesian National Boxing Champion who has long& solid track record in coaching and fighting in Australia, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia.

While people have fought in hand-to-hand combat since before the dawn of history, the origin of boxing as an organized sport may be its acceptance by the ancient Greeks as an Olympic game in BC 688. Boxing evolved from 16th- and 18th-century prizefights, largely in Great Britain, to the forerunner of modern boxing in the mid-19th century with the 1867 introduction of the Marquess of Queensberry Rules.
